We provide all types of glazing services, from replacement glass, soundproof glass, bulletproof glass, storefront, custom skylights, etc. We specialize in replacing window balances with lite-lift (ultra-lift) balances, and refurbishing existing windows (including new rails for sliding windows) to help the owner gain more years of use before undergoing a large and costly replacement project.

We also sell and install all types of windows and doors (double-hung, tilt-n-turn, lot line fire-rated, casement windows, sliding windows, terrace doors, noise-reducing windows, etc.). We have a wide variety of manufacturers that we purchase from and can always find the right product at the right price point. JBF Installations is a certified and authorized 3M Security, Safety, Solar Control and Decorative window film dealers and installers. 3M’s Safety and Security Window Films are applied to the interior of windows, doors and storefronts and keep glass shards from harming individuals within a building.

We have partnered with GlassRenu as Certified Technicians, and are a Preferred Vendor for their product line of scratch and acid etch removal services. We are able to remove scratches and acid etchings from mirror and glass (including storefronts) to minimize the need to replace expensive, large pieces of glass and mirror with lt

We sell and install various glass partition and railing systems (interior and exterior applications) as well as custom mirrors and safety mirrors for elevators. We also offer all types of Security Glass, including “Saflex” laminated glass in all sizes and thicknesses, hurricane-rated laminated glass, small and large missile rated glass, bullet-resistant glass, classes I-IV, and GE Lexgard. At JBF Installations, we have a trained, knowledgeable staff of window mechanics and installers who will perform this work efficiently and economically. On all window installations we have an AAMA Certified “Installation Master” employee overseeing the project.

Additionally, our supervisors have been certified in performing safe work practices (as it pertains to lead remediation) prescribed by HUD as it relates to Local Law 1 of 2004 and Asbestos Abatement in accordance with the recent HUD regulations.

All of our employees are drug screened at time of hire and randomly throughout the year. JBF never utilizes subcontractors; we perform all of the work utilizing our in-house staff. We are covered for all of the necessary insurances normally required on projects such as your (Liability, Workers Compensation, etc.).
